Crown Drone Art supplies drone photography, framed artwork, prints and related products for customers throughout the United Kingdom.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through our website.
Prices displayed on the website are shown in pounds sterling (£).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where pricing errors, stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances occur.
Delivery Information
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including any useful delivery instructions.
Crown Drone Art cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Copyright
All images, photographs, artwork, logos and website content remain the property of Crown Drone Art.
No image or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Commissions
Commissioned drone photography may be available upon request.
A 50% deposit is required before any booking or flight arrangements are made.
The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of the completed work.
Deposits are non-refundable once flight planning or booking arrangements have commenced.
Limitation of Liability
We will always endeavour to provide accurate product descriptions and quality products. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
Changes
Crown Drone Art reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Custom-Made & Bespoke Products
Many Crown Drone Art products are made to order, custom framed, or produced specifically for each customer once an order has been placed.
Under UK consumer legislation, personalised, bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because a customer has changed their mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
The following are custom-made products:
• Framed prints assembled to order.
• Custom-sized prints.
• Special framing requests.
• Commissioned drone photography.
• Any personalised artwork or image requests.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product sizes, frame options, image selections and order details before completing their purchase.
