We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Crown Drone Art. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing - info@crowndroneart.com.

 

Returned items must:

 

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Be returned in their original packaging.

• Be securely packaged for return transit.

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

 

• Photographs of the damaged item.

• Photographs of the packaging.

• Your order number.

 

Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
