Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, with items returned unused and in their original packaging. Custom-made, bespoke and commissioned products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, while damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days, in their original condition and packaging, with return postage costs paid by the customer.

Many of the images featured on our website were captured during dedicated drone filming sessions and may have accompanying video footage available for purchase. If a video was recorded on the same day as the featured image, you may be able to purchase the clip for personal or commercial use, subject to licensing terms and availability.
