A Personal Use Licence allows the purchaser to use the video for private, non-commercial purposes only. We are happy to discuss commissions anywhere within the UK, subject to location suitability and operational requirements. Every proposed location is carefully assessed before any flight takes place to ensure it can be conducted safely and legally. This includes reviewing airspace restrictions, landowner permissions where required, and compliance with current Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and operating procedures.

A 50% deposit is required when booking a commission, allowing us to plan the project and secure the necessary arrangements. The remaining balance is payable upon completion and delivery of the final photographs and/or video footage.
