A Commercial Use Licence provides broader usage rights for businesses, organisations, agencies, publishers and content creators: Marketing campaigns, corporate videos, promotional content, business websites, commercial social media channels, online advertising, television and broadcast productions, documentary productions, news and media publications, exhibition and event displays and YouTube and monetised online content.

The Commercial Use Licence does not transfer copyright ownership. The footage may not be resold as standalone video content, sublicensed, redistributed or claimed as the purchaser's own original work. Copyright remains the property of Crown Drone Art and the originating pilot at all times.

Should your intended use fall outside the standard Commercial Licence, please contact us before purchase and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

We are happy to discuss commissions anywhere within the UK, subject to location suitability and operational requirements. Every proposed location is carefully assessed before any flight takes place to ensure it can be conducted safely and legally. This includes reviewing airspace restrictions, landowner permissions where required, and compliance with current Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and operating procedures.

A 50% deposit is required when booking a commission, allowing us to plan the project and secure the necessary arrangements. The remaining balance is payable upon completion and delivery of the final photographs and/or video footage.

Whether you are looking for a stunning piece of wall art, professional aerial imagery for your business, or a memorable aerial record of a special location, Crown Drone Art can help bring your vision to life.
